Join us February 20 - 21, 2026 in San Diego, CA for SWCAS' annual conference. The Southwest Council of Air Shows is an association of air show producers, performers and support service providers. Our mission is to support a safe, successful and sustainable future for airshows in the Southwest and throughout the airshow community. We do this by providing a wealth of industry “best practices”, air show knowledge, resources and shared experience from our members.
HELP SUPPORT THE CAUSE BY SPONSORING THE EVENT:
TITANIUM - $5,000
- Benefits prior to the conference: logo included in all marketing materials leading up to the event, two spotlight emails (sponsor logo, write-up, contact info), sponsor logo included in all social media posts and two spotlight posts (sponsor logo, write-up, contact info). Naming rights of one of the following: Friday Happy Hour, Saturday Breakfast, Saturday Lunch or Saturday Happy Hour which will be posted on the website and all promo materials.
- Benefits at the event: Introduction and thank you on Friday and Saturday, includes two conference registrations ($650 value), sponsor logo at the top of the screen and signage at the event. Opportunity to provide swag in the goodie bag and setup booth/table. Sponsor will have up to 10 minutes to address the group on Friday & Saturday.
PLATINUM - $2,500
- Benefits prior to the conference: logo included in all marketing materials leading up to the event, two spotlight emails (sponsor logo, write-up, contact info), sponsor logo included in all social media posts and two spotlight posts (sponsor logo, write-up, contact info).
- Benefits at the event: Introduction and thank you on Friday and Saturday, includes two conference registrations ($650 value) and two, sponsor logo at the top of the screen and signage at the event. Opportunity to provide swag in the goodie bag and setup booth/table. Sponsor will have up to 10 minutes to address the group on Saturday.
GOLD - $1,500

SILVER - $1,000

Opportunity to provide swag in the goodie bag and setup booth/table. Sponsor will have up to 5 minutes to address the group.
BRONZE - $500
- Benefits at the event: Introduction and thank you on Friday and Saturday, sponsor logo on the screen and signage at the event. Sponsor will have up to 3 minutes to address the group.
