Scheid Diesel Service Co., Inc. is excited to announce that the 30th Anniversary Scheid Diesel Extravaganza will return to the Wabash Valley Fairgrounds in Terre Haute, Indiana, on August 28–29, 2026. Having proudly served the Terre Haute community since 1982, Scheid Diesel is thrilled to bring this milestone celebration back home.

 “We are incredibly excited to celebrate this 30-year milestone in the same community where our company was founded,” said Dan Scheid, president of Scheid Diesel. “Bringing the Extravaganza back to Terre Haute feels like a homecoming, and we can’t wait to welcome diesel fans from across the country.”

 Scheid Diesel extends sincere gratitude to Wagler Motorsports Park & Greene County, whose hospitality since 2020 has helped the Extravaganza expand and connect with a new generation of diesel enthusiasts. As the company marks three decades of diesel passion, Scheid Diesel is proud to return the event to the heart of the Wabash Valley—where its roots run deep.

The 2026 Extravaganza will deliver the ultimate celebration of diesel performance, featuring ODSS diesel drag racing and Pro Pulling League truck and tractor pulling competitions. Attendees can also take part in a full lineup of fan-favorite activities, including the Show ’N’ Shine, Burnout Contest, Dyno Contest, and a bustling Vendor Midway showcasing diesel-focused merchandise, accessories, and gear, and on-site camping.
 
 Packed with high-energy competitions and family-friendly entertainment, the Scheid Diesel Extravaganza continues to be one of the premier diesel events in the nation. Visitors will also enjoy Terre Haute’s wide selection of hotels and restaurants.

Friday and Saturday include: Show-N-Shine Contest, Vendor Midway, Dyno Contest, the Pro Pulling League Truck Pull qualifications start at 11:00 AM, Outlaw Diesel Super Series Drag Racing, Saturday Kiddie Pedal Pull (presented by Pullers For Christ), with the Pro Pulling League Truck & Tractor Pull Each Evening.

Restrictions:

NO RAINOUTS, NO REFUNDS

1. No Golf Carts, side-by-sides, four-wheelers, Pit Bikes, or Motorcycles are allowed. Competitors will be allowed to use them with permit stickers that will be allocated when they sign up for Pulling or Racing. Use is only permitted two hours before and one hour after their event. 
2. No Glass Bottles on the Grounds
3. No Coolers in the Stands
4. Racers, Pullers, Campers, and Show-N-Shine Participants are the only vehicles allowed in the gates. All others need to park in spectator parking. If you like, there will be People movers making rounds to get you to and from the spectator lot/gate. 
5. No burnouts in town or on the grounds will be tolerated. Your armband will be cut off, and you may be issued a ticket.
6. No Drones are allowed during Truck & Tractor Pulls; if a drone is in the air, the event will be stopped until it leaves.
